Welcome to my blog
I have been where you are now. In 2002 I was offered one hour a month to see my children so I applied to court because it would be easy, right?
Twenty years later, having been a Litigant, Mckenzie Friend, Lawyer, Family Law Barrister and now semi-retired, I am going to pass on all that I learned on my journey, and to give you the confidence to represent yourself for some, or all of your own case.
It isnt rocket science, but you do need to be aware of the right steps to take, the procedures to follow and what can be solved and what cant be solved.
I have been directly responsible for over 2,000 clients, their children, their finances, defending outrageous allegations, fighting for protection, from abuse, you name it, I have done it. I have helped divorce an 80 year old couple, helped an alcoholic see his children, won an appeal against Social Services, righted wrongs and helped people see common sense.
If you need help, I can assist you to produce your documents, guide you in the right direction, plan your strategy, teach you how to deal with your situation or just discuss things on the phone.
What I can do to help you
When going to court it can be overwhelming. Where do you start. How can I get the court to know the truth. How can I see my children, or how do I get a fair outcome financially.
